Open a ticket in the support channel of the VALIS Discord. It creates a thread with staff where everything about your issue stays together, and it is the fastest way to reach us.
Staff usually respond within about 48 hours. A ruling is final, with one written appeal allowed.
Tournament match disputes must be filed by a team captain within 30 minutes of the match ending. Crucible disputes must be in within 12 hours. Still playing? Use Need Staff in the match chat's Options menu instead, which alerts staff to your match right away.
